WELCOME TO JENSENPLUS APS
After having send and paid and order on our international webshop on jensenplus.dk, you will receive an acknowledgement, that JENSENplus has received your order.
You have not entered a binding purchase agreement with JENSENplus.com ApS (CVR DK33959303) until you have received an order confirmation from e-conomic.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in Euro including danish tax (25%), unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to:
• Currency changes
• Force majeure
• Delivery failures
• Tax changes
• Sold out items and Misprints
• Technical issues resulting in wrong pricing
The stated price at the time of the booking is the current ordering price. Payment will be withdrawn immediately/invoiced after ordering and the expected delivery time will be shown on the order. You will receive an invoice as your order ships.
Payment on JENSENplus online shop is possible for the following credit cards: Visa/Mastercard/invoice
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you wish to cancel or pause an already placed an order, this can be done up til 48 hours after a received order confirmation, whereafter the proucts will be produced. In special circumstances, the order can be cancelled, by paying a fee, covering JENSENplus cost.
The 48 hours can be by-passed, if JENSENplus receives a confirmation, acknowledging the 48 hours to be by-passed.
DELIVERY TIME & TRANSPORT
Prices are subject to availability and deferred production time in JENSENplus’ production facility. Goods on stock will be send within 3 days, and ‘Orders to be made’ will be shipped max. 5 weeks after ordering.
Delivery of goods from jensenplus.com is deemed to have occurred when the customer has received the goods. All orders ordered through jensenplus.com are shipped with the best suitable carrier, unless otherwise stated in the product display. In special cases other freight solutions will be used. The stated delivery date is indicative and may therefore be waived.
Upon delivery, please ensure, that all boxes are undamaged. If a damage on box is found, this must be noted on the drivers shipping document. All claims on shipping damage must be send to firstname.lastname@example.org max. 5 days after delivery.
All deliveries are to front door only, with no unwrapping, in-carrying and mounting included.
There is a standard 2-year warranty on standard products purchased from JENSENplus for private. If there is an additional warranty or guarantee, it will appear separately on your invoice.
There are 5 years warranty on manufacturing defects on all standard products (standard sizes, shapes, materials) for contract. The warranty does not cover fabric, leather, special or customer own
materials. Normal tear and wear is not covered by warranty.
Products from showroom and samples are sold without warranty, and this will appear on your invoice.
Should the goods, against expectations, fail during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge, and will carry the risk of deficiency after the purchasing act.
Damage to the product caused by operational errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse by the user, is not covered by the warranty.
There is no warranty on non-standard products (COM fabric, special sizes and constructions). Please see JENSENplus ‘Terms and Conditions’ on www.jensenplus.com.
JENSENplus gives you 14 days of cancellation, valid from the day you receive the item. If you regret your purchase, JENSENplus must be notified accordingly within 14 days after the day you received the item. You are required to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it is received, which is also applicable to the packaging and information label on the item. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.
Cancellations cannot be made for orders made to traders or companies (private/public).
Complaints about defects must be notified JENSENplus within 2 months after receiving of the goods, by sending a mail to email@example.com or by calling +45 5363 0000
The customer is strongly urged to submit a statement about the product’s defect in connection with the complaint, since failure to do so could result in an extension of the remediation process time due to troubleshooting.
Items not included in the warranty and/or received without proper packaging will be unpackaged and will be charged an amount equal to JENSENplus’ expenses for necessary and proper packaging.
Goods returned after claims or sent without postage will be denied reception by JENSENplus.
Approved claims will entitle the customer to a fee covering expenses for return-freight, upon receiving original invoice for forwarder.
All products returned to JENSENplus, must be securely wrapped. JENSENplus recommends that the product is returned via UPS or Schenker, and that the product is sent with a tracking code. This way, it is possible to track the package and waives any doubt as to whether the product has been shipped to return to JENSENplus.
Furthermore, customers may be able to look within the postal system for the package if no delivery has taken place.

Although we have make big efforts in making colors of fabric, leather, steel etc as accurate as possible, due to resolutions and colors on screens, there will always be inadequancies. We cannot guarantee that your screen will show colors correctly, and therefor this cannot be accepted as a claim.

When ordering items in our international shop jensenplus.com, we store your name and address in our order database. These are used only to deliver your products and later in connection with any complaints.
Neither your name or address will be disclosed to third parties. The information is confidential between you and JENSENplus.
JENSENplus follows the guidelines and laws required by the Consumer Protection Agency.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR TRADERS/COMPANIES/NON-CONSUMER
The same sales conditions apply to traders as to consumers, however with the following modifications:
• There is no withdrawal right for traders and companies
• There is a 1-year warranty from the original date of invoice. Replacement or repair will not grant the product a new 1-year warranty period
• JENSENplus.com retains title to the goods purchased on credit, until the price is paid
• All costs associated with the enforcement of reservation of ownership will be paid by the buyer.
• Interest shall accrue from the due date by 2% from the month started.
JENSENplus will keep data about your sessions on JENSENplus.com in Google Analytics for up to 26 months after your last visit. Purpose of data retention is to enhance the website experience through analysis and statistics.
